Notes on accommodation
The property is is on 2 floors and directly in front one of the main pools. Which means you can keep a close eye on the children. All patio doors are fitted with child friendly locks for added safety. The property is approached through electronic gates using the remote control key provided. There is a telephone intercom system linked to the main gate, which is manned 24hrs a day. The air-conditioning/heating can be individually programmed in each room. The apartment is non smoking. Pets are suitable by request.

Outside
The extensive terrace overlooks the tropical pool and gardens, there is a big wooden teak table as well as comfortable seating and sun loungers for your use. There are four pools and the heated indoor pool which is ideal for all year round use.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 15 mins walk in El Toro, situated next to Port Adriano, where you will find tantilizing restaurants as well as a 5-star Hotel. 5 mins away by car is a large sandy beach in the resort of Santa Ponsa which has activities for children and a number of holiday shops, bars and restuarants. There are a number of other small beaches in coves along the coast, if you are looking for a quieter afternoon.

Golf
The apartment is in a fantastic location for golf enthusiasts. Mallorca is famed for its golf courses and has no less than 14 of them! 4 of which are within 15min drive away, and one is one your doorstep.The Golf clubs offer a  variety of different challenges, for the novice and the more experienced player, and include sea views and spectacular mountain backdrops that will take your breath away. Clubs, trolleys, buggies etc can be hired at most courses.

Travel
Palma International airport is approximately 25 minutes by car. Car hire is not necessary but is recommended so as to enjoy all the delights the island has to offer. Buses run regular services in the area and there are several taxi companies operating locally.

Distances
10 mins away by car is a large sandy beach, next to the marina at Puerto Portals, where there are a variety of designer shops as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. The beautiful cathedral city of Palma with its fabulous marina, designer shops, restaurants, bars and street cafes is only a 15 minute drive. The range of attractions and activities in the area is extensive; 2 waterparks, MarineLand, go-karting, and a casino.

Further details
There is a small supermarket and a few shops and several restaurants alongside the marina in Port Adriano. There are buses and taxis with regular services to Santa Ponsa and Palma. In Santa Ponsa there are several large supermarkets catering for all your needs, and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. There are several banks and pharmacies. There is a British Medical Centre with a 24 hour emergency service in Santa Ponsa.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking. The final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A security deposit of £150 is required with the final payment which will be FULLY REFUNDABLE when the keys have been returned and our agents confirm that there is no damage to the apartment and that no excess cleaning was required.
